Graeme provides strategic oversight and governance for Croft Developments,
supporting the leadership team in guiding the company’s long-term direction, risk
management and growth.

With extensive experience across business development, capital markets and project
delivery, Graeme continues to contribute to key decisions around new developments
and strategic opportunities. He offers deep and specialised knowledge of both State
and Federal legislative frameworks relating to aged care, spanning design,
development and operations.

Graeme has significant expertise in projects ranging from $1m to $70m, along with a
strong understanding of industrial relations, EBA’s and OH&S requirements across
construction, health and aged care sectors.

He has previously served as a Company Director of an ASX-listed public company (Nova
Health Limited) and held board positions with the Australian Nursing Homes and
Extended Care Association (ANHECA) and the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and
Industry (VECCI). He also served as Chairman and Federal President of ACAA for three
years.

Ramsay Croft is a registered commercial builder and holds a Domestic Builder’s
Licence. He is the driving force behind Croft Developments Pty Ltd, bringing a wealth
of experience, craftsmanship, and design expertise to every project. He leads an in
house team of designers, procurement and contract administrators, engineers,
estimators and senior planning and national construction managers. Ramsay is
committed to excellence with a reputation for delivering projects on time, within
budget, safely and to the highest construction standards. Ramsay’s work has been
recognised on an international stage, with him winning the prestigious Master Builders
House of the Year – New Zealand South Island award in 2025, reflecting his ability to
create homes that stand out for their innovation, craftsmanship and timeless appeal.

Ramsay is known for delivering projects that combine architectural integrity with
exceptional attention to detail. He is a key driver of innovation within the business, with
a strong focus on integrating new building products and construction techniques to
deliver state-of-the-art residential aged care homes, which are tailored to each client’s
vision. Ramsay leads with a hands-on approach and fosters a strong safety culture
across all stages of the construction process. He holds a double degree in Property &
Construction and Planning & Design from the University of Melbourne. Prior to Croft
Developments, Ramsay worked with Multiplex and Deutsche Bank in London within
Capital Markets.

Amal is a Lawyer within the Croft Group, with specialist experience spanning aged care
operations, regulatory compliance, subcontractor dispute resolution, and stakeholder
engagement across government and industry.
In her role, Amal acts as a key legal and operational advisor, with a strong focus on
supporting the establishment and operationalisation of residential aged care facilities.
She regularly serves as a client liaison, coordinating across internal teams, external
providers, and government departments to facilitate aged care bed licensing
arrangements and ensure timely, compliant service delivery.

Amal also has extensive experience managing subcontractor disputes, providing
pragmatic legal guidance to resolve issues while maintaining operational continuity
and regulatory compliance. Her work supports effective governance frameworks, the
development and implementation of company policies, and adherence to complex
regulatory requirements across the aged care sector.

Her background in aged care law brings a practical, sector-informed perspective to her
role, enabling her to navigate both legal and operational challenges with a strong
understanding of industry-specific pressures and obligations.
Amal holds a double degree in Law and Arts (majoring in Psychology) from Deakin
University. She completed her legal traineeship with Hogan Dodds & Moore Lawyers, a
boutique commercial firm with expertise in aged care, and was admitted to the
Victorian Supreme Court Roll of Barristers and Solicitors in August 2010.

Stephen Pollock is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a key contributor to the
strategy and business development of Croft Developments. As CFO, Stephen is
responsible for the daily management of all financial reporting and maintenance. He is
commercially driven and works closely with operational teams to support improved
business processes and financial outcomes.

Stephen has extensive knowledge of aged care financial reporting obligations,
including the quarterly and annual financial reports, audited care minutes and
prudential reporting. Stephen also overseas the preparation of Board reporting and
broader regulatory compliance requirements within the aged care sector. He also
oversees and provides leadership to the payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts
payable teams, ensuring strong financial governance and operational efficiency across
the organisation.

In addition to his financial leadership responsibilities, Stephen provides valuable input
into construction budgeting and strategic development planning. He also guides the
group on the key statistics and demographic drivers that influence land acquisition
decisions in areas of identified need for aged care beds.
Stephen started his career in large civil construction before moving into senior
accounting roles. He has held Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions
across both the construction and services industries, and he led the accounting team
for the $1.4 billion Victorian CityLink project.
