At Croft Developments, our fit-out approach is led by an in-house team of architectural and interior design specialists, ensuring a cohesive vision from concept through to completion. Every project is supported by a rigorous commissioning program, with all materials, furnishings, and equipment sourced through trusted, proven suppliers.
Our homes are thoughtfully enriched with libraries, activity and games areas, and welcoming communal spaces. These environments are carefully curated with artwork, memorabilia, and locally relevant pieces that foster familiarity, connection, and a strong sense of community for residents.
Since 2016, our interior design offering has evolved to deliver two distinct accommodation standards: Signature Bedrooms (Superior) and Classic Rooms (Standard)—each designed to meet varying resident preferences while maintaining exceptional quality and comfort.
All bedrooms are fully equipped to support both resident wellbeing and clinical care. Features include king single electric beds with high-low adjustability, specialised pressure care mattresses, and custom-designed bedheads. In addition, rooms include 3D radar detection for falls prevention, built-in joinery, televisions, comfortable seating, and ceiling-mounted lifting tracks in accessible/disabled rooms to ensure safety and ease of movement.
Furnishings throughout each home are carefully selected to promote independence, comfort, and hygiene. Each wing is equipped with essential medical equipment, enabling staff to monitor vital signs, manage medications, and provide responsive day-to-day care.
Our commitment extends through the final stages of delivery. Dedicated Croft Developments team members attend each site during the fit-out phase to oversee furniture installation, and undertake quality checks.
We deliver a comprehensive internal and external fit-out, creating vibrant, functional spaces including spacious cafés and outdoor areas, as well as playgrounds that encourage intergenerational connection and enhance the visitor experience.
