Tugun Community Aged Care Facility

6 Croft Court, Tugun – QLD
The construction of this facility was completed in late 2014 and comprises 170 beds arranged over four accommodation levels. This “state of the art” facility opened with 116 high care places and 50 low care places, a total of 166 places. The facility was specifically designed for “ageing in place” so that residents, including couples can be accommodated, and will not need to move from the facility if their care needs change.

Key features include:
•    Large single bedrooms with private ensuites, with some larger suites by request.
•    Most bedrooms with private balconies.
•    Split system reverse cycle air conditioning to all bedrooms and corridors, offices, reception, lounge rooms, kitchen and laundry.
•    Two fast passenger lifts.

Ballarat Community Aged Care Facility

305 Smythes Road, Deacombe – Victoria

The facility was designed and constructed by Croft Developments Pty Ltd in April 2016. This “state of the art” facility comprises a total of 144 beds arranged over single level construction with large, single rooms, as well as large rooms suitable for couples.

The facility has spacious lounge rooms and servery kitchens so residents can choose their own meals, as well as a focus on activity programs and areas promoting independence. The care levels offered range from Respite Care through to Low Care, and Ageing in place to High Care, plus a separate secure dementia unit.

Echuca Community Aged Care Facility

7 Fehring Lane, Echuca – Victoria 

The facility has been designed and constructed by Croft Developments Pty Ltd.  The facility was completed in March 2014 and comprises a total of 120 beds arranged over four accommodation wings with large spacious single rooms, as well as large rooms suitable for couples.  This “state of the art” facility was the first new aged care facility to open in Echuca for a considerable period.

The facility comprises spacious lounge rooms and servery kitchens so residents can choose their own meals, as well as a focus on activity programs and areas promoting independence. The care levels offered range from Respite Care through to Low Care, and Ageing in place to High Care, plus a separate secure dementia unit of 30 places.

Kyneton Community Aged Care Facility

The Kyneton Community Aged Care facility opened on February 1 2010, with 60 beds arranged over one level on a thirteen acre site with views towards the Campaspe river system. Further expansion to 90 places occured in November 2011. Approvals are held for the construction and use of the balance of the land for 58 retirement units to be built at a later stage.

We cater for low care, high care, ageing in place and dementia care so that a resident is unlikely to need to move to another facility if their care needs change. The dedicated dementia wing has specialised accommodation, activity programs and specifically trained staff.

Kyneton is located 80 kms north west of Melbourne and 17kms from Woodend.

key features include:

  • 88 single bedrooms with ensuites, one twin bedroom with private ensuite.
  • 30 x Low Care, 60 x High Care, (includes 15 x High Care – in dedicated dementia wing). 30 High Care places are Extra Service.

Woodend Community Aged Care Facility

Woodend Community Aged Care was constructed during 2 stages during 2007/2008, comprising 80 licensed places with Low Care, High Care and Dementia Care.

The facility has 78 single and 1 x twin bedroom each with their own private ensuite bathroom and flexible care arrangements so that couples with different care needs may be accommodated in their own single or twin room.  The dedicated dementia wing has specialised accommodation, activity programs and specifically trained staff.

key features include:

  • 78 single bedrooms with ensuites, one twin bedroom with private ensuite.
  • 30 x Low Care, 30 x High Care Extra Service, 20 x High Care – Dementia
  • Commonwealth Government Accredited (3 years from April 2009)
  • Registered Nurse (Div 1) plus support staff on duty 24 hours a day.
  • Fixtures, fittings, floor coverings and furnishings are of the highest industry standard, electric hi low beds and over-bed tracking system
  • In house catering with home style meals served to dining room or bedroom.

Seabreeze Community Aged Care Facility

Seabreeze Community Aged Care facility in Pottsville, in Far North New South Wales near Tweed Heads, was completed in September 2009 and comprises a total of 146 single rooms and 4 double rooms, all with en suite bathrooms, arranged over three levels. This “state of the art” facility opened in September 2009 with 150 licenses only approved. The facility currently has 22 low care and 132 high care places including 70 high care extra service places allocated on the first floor.

The facility is an award winning architecturally designed structure.  It has air conditioning in all common areas and reverse cycle air conditioning in bedrooms.  Fixtures, fittings, floor coverings and furnishings are of the highest industry standard.

Sheridan Gardens Aged Care Facility

The Sheridan Gardens Care Facility, in suburban Cairns, comprises 120 beds arranged over one level.  This “state of the art” facility has 90 high care places and 30 low care places. The facility has been specifically designed for “ageing in place” so that residents, including couples, can be accommodated and will not need to move from the facility if their care needs change (please note that room change may be necessary).

The bedrooms are of varying sizes to accommodate residents with different needs, and to offer residents requiring more space the opportunity to be accommodated.

A new wing of 90 new places has been approved for the site by the Commonwealth.

Works are expected to start later in 2012, to be completed by late 2013.

Ballina Community Aged Care opened in July 2012 comprising 120 beds arranged over two levels. 60 high care places and 60 low care places are  specifically designed for “ageing in place” so that residents, including couples, can be accommodated and will not need to move from the facility if their care needs change.

The large single bedrooms are of varying sizes to accommodate residents with different needs, and to offer residents requiring more space the opportunity to be accommodated.

This new facility in Bairnsdale opened in December 2011 with 90 bedrooms with ensuite accommodation.

This “state of the art” facility has 60 high care places and 30 low care places. The facility has been specifically designed for “ageing in place” so that residents, including couples, can be accommodated and will not need to move from the facility if their care needs change.

A seperate dementia wing is included.

Glenelg Community Aged Care Facility

Glenelg Community Aged Care

Glenelg Community Aged Care facility was opened in January 2011 with a total of 90 beds in 3 x wings on approx 1.6ha land. The facility has been specifically designed for “ageing in place” so that residents, including couples, can be accommodated and will not need to move from the facility if their care needs change.

An additional 30 bed wing was opened in February 2012.

30 single bedrooms low care ranging in size from 14.5m2 to 21m2 plus ensuites bathroom.

40 beds high care (38 x single rooms all with ensuites, 1 x twin room with ensuite).

20 beds dementia high care (All single rooms & ensuite).

30 low care places will open in a new wing.

The bedrooms are of varying sizes to accommodate residents with different needs, and to offer residents requiring more space the opportunity to be accommodated.
